Here we have a photo from Melbourne cup weekend 2009 and we will be taking progress photos every fortnight to compare growth, the photo of the peas in the previous post was taken 3 weeks prior to this

Sweet Peas to the left Beans to the right, when they reach maturity they will cause a great fight, who gets them first and who misses out, will leave a few smiling and cause others to shout.

After nearly 8 weeks no fishy has met an early death, must be doing something right. Anyhoo we think its time to build bigger, faster, stronger.

4. 10.09 Stone the crows

One tonne of screened quartz, seeded and waiting. will put photos on when seeds sprout. 1 month on, Comet fish are alive and well, Yabbies also in system and looking happy. Nearly time to purchase Silver Perch.

10 comets to the system, If they can survive for a month or two we will add some Silver Perch and Fresh water Prawns. Fingers crossed..
